EARTH WOMB - SWEAT LODGE IMMERSION
A sacred journey of purification & renewal with Antara, wisdom keeper
February 9th to 13th in Goa, India
FOR WOMEN AND MEN
Daily : Sweat Lodge - Rituals - Liberation Dance - Singing Circle
A profound five-day journey into the ancient wisdom of the Sweat Lodge. Each day we honor a direction and its elemental force, weaving spirit, body, and Earth into one prayer. Guided by the majestic Antara’s wisdom.
We begin by building the Temazcal temple, shaping the clay womb that will hold our songs and prayers. From this act of creation, each day unfolds as ceremony, Sweat Lodge, Ritual, Singing Circle, and Liberation Dance, a rhythm of cleansing, remembrance, and rebirth.
Guided by the elements and the breath of nature, we return to the heart — to remember what it means to be human, to be alive, to be home.
After two beautiful editions in Portugal, Earth Womb now travels to India for its next unfolding.
WHAT IS A SWEAT LODGE ?
The lodge is a sacred space, built with deep reverence. Heated stones—Grandmothers— are placed in the central navel of Mother Earth's womb, carrying the wisdom of the earth. Water is poured over them, releasing purifying steam. Prayers and songs guide the experience, allowing the body and spirit to release, transform, and align with a greater truth.
The Sweatlodge invites deep inner work. As the heat rises, it opens the body, the mind, and the spirit, allowing you to let go of what no longer serves you. Through breath, prayer, and intention, you surrender to the process—offering yourself to purification, renewal, and connection with something greater than yourself.
This is not a practice to be consumed but a ceremony to be honored. The Sweatlodge is a place of huity, presence, and transformation. It calls for listening rather than speaking, surrender rather than control. Here, healing unfolds as you become part of something ancient and sacred.

The Lakota phrase "Hóka-héy" is often translated as "It is a good day to die", but its true essence is an invitation to fully embrace the present, to release fear, and to step into life with clarity and courage. As you enter the Sweatlodge, you surrender to this sacred process — letting go.
Earth Womb Story
Earth Womb was born from the sacred sisterhood between Lina and Antara.
Lina, student of Antara and Moon Dancer in Austria, has walked by her side for several years, their bond deepening into true sisterhood and friendship.
During the Moon Dance, Lina experienced the profound medicine of Antara’s Temazcal (Sweat Lodge) and felt called to receive it more often. From that calling, the vision of Earth Womb was born.
The first edition in May, in Portugal, was a deep and transformative journey for all who joined. There, Lina and Antara discovered the perfect harmony between Sweat Lodge, Singing Circle, and Liberation Dance, a powerful trinity for healing and rebirth.
After its beautiful beginning, Earth Womb continues to grow, as women around the world feel the call to bring this sacred immersion to their own lands.
Wisdom keeper : Antara
“ I'm fully committed to the path of transformation, truth, growth and self knowledge. I had been in many sacred places of Mother Earth, from ashrams to indigenous ancient ceremonies, where ancient knowledge has flown through my being, opened to receive and to reconnect with my own wisdom, power and love.
I honor all Great Masters, Sacred Traditions and Ancestors-Wisdom Keepers of Mother Earth.
They are the ones who remind me to walk my path with love, integrity, acceptance, truth, courage, awareness and compassion.
Since 25 years Sweatlodge arrived to my life, receiving the medicine and blessings of abuelos and abuelas from the path… surrendering myself to this ancient wisdom, I found a sacred refuge to release and find strength in the womb of mother earth..in my womb.
And I'm Antara Dakini: Moon Dancer and Founder of Moon Dance Austria & Italian Circles, Founder of Liberation Dance, Yoga Teacher and Deeksha Trainer, Sweatlodge Guide and Mother. “ Antara

Program
Feb 9th : Seeding a Sweat Lodge is a ceremonial experience that goes beyond building a physical structure. We come together to honor the spirit of the land, asking permission to the heart of the Earth to create this sacred space of healing and remembrance. As a community, we offer our best intentions and prayers for all who are called to enter the mother womb.
Feb 10th: Early morning, we pray together the stone and light the sacred fire all together. While the stones are heating up we prepare the altar together and open that space for sharing and singing.
Once the stones are ready, it’s time to enter the sweat lodge, the ceremony of purification.
After the sweat lodge, we have a free time to go lunch in a restaurant by the beach, followed by some free time to rest, swim, and enjoy the ocean.
At 6pm, we come together again for the deep practice of Liberation Dance, closing the day in movement, presence, and gratitude.
Feb 11-12th :
As the day before, we will sing while the stones are heating up, sweat, go foe lunch and share the practice of Liberation Dance.
Feb 13th : For the last day of our time together, we have our regular morning and then the closing ceremony after lunch. The retreat finishes around 4pm.
